When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your email and payment details to process the order — we never see or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy. If you use the site chat, the messages you send are relayed to us so we can reply.
We use localStorage for small functional values (a random chat session ID and UI state). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We use your email to deliver your purchase, respond to support requests, and process refunds. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
